I feel like I got what I signed up for. I took a risk with a smaller company that just recently IPO'd knowing there would be a lot of systems and procedures that needed to be paved. I expected the challenge and I am happy to be part of coming up with the solutions.

Leadership is accessible. Employees get a chance to work directly with the leadership team.
What makes you most happy at work?
No commute helps me start my day relaxed. I like the autonomy to get my work done at a steady pace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all collaborative, trainable, and open to suggestions. I like that they receive my input well and see me as a subject matter expert.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the remote first culture. I also like the pursuit of excellence even if we don't always achieve it. I also get the sense the company wants to do the right thing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very competitive base salary plus equity awards. There is also quarterly cash incentive based on company and personal performance. The ESPP also provides great opportunity to buy company stock at a discount. Health insurance premiums are better than my previous company.
