I like the diversity I face each day. You never know what's going to happen and it keeps the job interesting. There is no monotony.

The best thing I like about our leadership team is their transparency. I feel like I know where we would like to go as a company and how they plan on getting us there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the start-up vibe and the ability I have to truly make a change. We wear many hats and if something needs to be done, I feel empowered to just make it happen.
