I sometimes feel like a person who works to serve the company rather than being part of the company. I wish I felt that my input was taken more seriously. I wish I didn't feel badly when I share comments with coworkers that might seem critical to them. Communication is hard sometimes, to CA mainly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their eagerness to get a job completed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The camaraderie among the team is the most positive part of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people on the team are the best part of the team. The personalities on the team is what makes the team successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I do some core / critical / important heavy lifting and others get the the total of the benefits. And I don't mean the sales rep, who deserves everything they earn. I do not share in the successes that I produce, despite being on the sales team.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I help out a coworker with something that will deliver them the sale. When I know I personally delivered the sale. When the sale would not have closed without my input, that makes me happy. To be part of that team. Where the win will not and cannot come without the team.
