I have enjoyed the challenges and team dynamic at MBO; however, System Replacement efforts have been stressful for everyone and it's very evident. After several years, individuals are burning out and taking on more responsibilities well outside of their scope of work.

Leadership is very supportive and makes the environment fun to be a part of. The company is very forward-thinking.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team truly cares about the individuals on the team and are extremely supportive when it comes to my individual success and the success of our department and organization.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is a lot of pressure being put on myself and my manager related to System Replacement efforts and my role does not look the same as it did several years ago.
