I am compensated fairly for my role and there are incentives (HSA contribution, Wellbeing, etc.) to help compensate for some of the less competitive portion of our benefit offerings/package.

The ownership culture MBO is driving, with opportunity for equity and bonuses tied to organizational and then individual results.

The different types of compensation - there is a bonus, a once-per-year payment, and merit increases. This year there was even an inflation adjustment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think with inflation where it is, what used to be a good wage is no longer so. I do appreciate the inflation bonus we received, but it does not seem to begin to offset the costs or amount to scale.

There is a lot of pressure being put on myself and my manager related to System Replacement efforts and my role does not look the same as it did several years ago.
