My boss and my team are extremely positive - One of the company's golden rules is "Teams that trust each other thrive" which I find to be very true with my team!
Thoroughly defined goals, and focus on delivering, understanding the complexity. Very cooperative colleagues. Always helpful when needed.
No boundaries like seniority and juniority. all the employees talk each other friendly nature.

The company promotes leadership & autonomy to make decisions regardless of whether they become mistakes. Mistakes are seen as a valuable learning opportunity.

Everyone seems to have a passion for the company vision and respect for their work and each other. There doesn't seem to be any "weak links" like I've experienced at other companies. Everybody is smart and works hard toward company goals.
