What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team truly believe in the culture and care!

We do have some strong leadership who work hard to drive change, take action and truly value their team members- no matter the role

Involved in details of system replacement instead of being hands off.

Transparency is key - My manager is very transparent in my growth and goals I set for myself.

They are supportive and are taking steps at being more collaborative

Clear focus on the company's mission.

Frequent communication and makes a consistent effort to try and collect feedback from the organization

Our leadership team is very clearly invested in the company's mission, acts quickly, and does so with integrity.

They are easy to approach and talk to!

They allow autonomy in work and support individuals taking ownership of job responsibilities and decisions. However, they are always available if you need support and/or guidance. They are visible to the organization and demonstrate our core values.

Commitment to get things done and work side-by-side with the team when needed.

They are forward-thinking and not just stuck in the past

Divers backgrounds and each approaches a problem differently; willing to have the debate; always focused 100% on what is right for the client base, the talent, and the company.

Most of the SLT are on the same page

When they come together as a team to address challenges and transparently communicate these challenges.

The leadership team is really trying to move the company forward and they try to do it in a way that is transparent.

The leadership team is making much-needed updates and changes to align with market growth and to keep MBO relevant.

For me personally, they are open to hearing what I have to say regarding improvements and they actually take them into consideration.

They have taken steps to work on providing better visibility to company initiatives across the organization to allow better sense of purpose to lower level employees.

A mix of industry knowledge and experience coupled with multi-international firm experience brings a good balance.
