What did you like most about the interview process?
straight forward and communicative - I knew what to expect and the timeline was short
The interview process and related activities were well coordinated with sufficient information provided on expectations
I interviewed at the end of 2019 so I am sure some of it has changed! I remember it being pretty quick, maybe a week or so which is nice. I was kept in the loop during the process as well but from the sound of it today, referrals are not always kept in the loop.
Clearly, thoroughly checked the abilities of candidates, and choose the like-minded team I believe. Almost everyone has the same wavelength and enthusiasm to work and support each other.
whole interview process takes a week maximum. and communication between HR and managers are most satisfying things.
They stick to the areas and they already have a vision of their requirements.
