What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are losing customers left and right as the product doesn't fit the market. We would need a change in leadership from the top and Randhirs controlling style needs to go. He needs to go back to whatever else he did before. He claims he built successful businesses but none of us know of any he did.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't know how this company is funded but Randhir always talks about his personal wealth and his "investors" we have never seen them and all don't believe he can support the company going forward. A total sham.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were all promised stock options on the come in exchange for accepting lower salary. I am a seasoned data engineer who could earn literally twice what they pay. The equity comp which was promised never came but it would be worthless anyway even if it did. Its why we are all leaving.
