What's positive about my work environment is that I can work from the comfort of my home, which I love.

I wouldn't say that I am undervalued but the seasonal work I do should have a higher rate of pay at-least.

My team is very small and I only have to interact with one person which makes the work environment less stressful for me.

What makes me happy at work is the fact that I can work in my pajamas and the work I do isn't too hard.
