I wouldn't say that I am undervalued but the seasonal work I do should have a higher rate of pay at-least.

My team is very small and I only have to interact with one person which makes the work environment less stressful for me.

The interview process was simple questions to verify who I am and that's what I loved about it.

There is no formal interview (face-to-face or skype) but they do go by what you score on an assessment and availability
