What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was paid per hour. Since it was temporary work, that was more than enuf.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say that I am undervalued but the seasonal work I do should have a higher rate of pay at-least.

To have a slight raise. But whether make or female, we're all paid under market value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very small and I only have to interact with one person which makes the work environment less stressful for me.
