How employees describe working at Measurement Incorporated
It is a good part-time or full time seasonal projects job. You can work when you like. The employees & staff I worked with were GREAT & I made some great friends. The work was challenging, some projects were harder than others, but staff always helped me get thru.
The company has been good to me. They contact me seasonally for work and reapply has been easy. They are very consistent with their online raters.

What's the interview process like at Measurement Incorporated?
It's friendly, short, consists of multiple people.
What part of Measurement Incorporated's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
I'm not sure what's growing. The software side is having difficulties, though there is a good plan in place to rebuild. It may be too late.
What do people at Measurement Incorporated think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
During hard times he's actually kept payroll going by making up the difference from his own bank account. He seems to love the company, but the environment and business model is a bit antiquated.
How's the work life balance at Measurement Incorporated?
Excellent. A full work day is 7.5 hours, they give 2 hours/week to volunteer at a school and taking a day off is never a problem.
How does Measurement Incorporated make decisions around promotions?
It's secretive. No idea.
How's the vacation policy at Measurement Incorporated?
For the first year, the normal 2 weeks, and more as you work for more years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at Measurement Incorporated?
To have a slight raise. But whether make or female, we're all paid under market value.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at Measurement Incorporated?
Good work life balance so no one is burned out.
