Mr. Thomas C. Weir, also known as Tom, Jr. has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Information Technology at MedAvante, Inc. since October, 2015. Mr. Weir has been an Independent Financial Consultant since 1990. He served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at MedAvante, Inc. until October, 2015. He served as Vice President of Operations of Sensitech Inc. since August 2002 and as its Vice President of Engineering and Operations since May 2005. He was responsible for the Sensitech's engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service organizations at both Beverly and Redmond facilities. He is a Leader in building effective teams, process reengineering, acquisition related projects, and establishing an effective global sourcing strategy. He has 18 years of engineering, production management, and service management experience working for Boeing Commercial Airlines, Thales, and Control Systems International. Since 1996, he served as the President of Dependable Nurses of Phoenix, Inc. Since 1994, he served as the President of Dependable Nurses Inc., W.D. Enterprises, Inc. and Dependable Personnel, Inc. From 1989 to 1990, he served as the President of Tucson Electric Power Company. He joined Sensitech in August 1999 as Director of Technical and Client Services. From 1979 to 1987, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Home Federal Savings & Loan Association, Tucson, Arizona. He was an Executive at The University of Phoenix, Inc. He served as a Director of Sensitech, Inc. He served as a Director of Apollo Education Group, Inc. since 1983. Mr. Weir served as a Director of Apollo Group Inc. since 1983. He earned his BSEE from Kansas University and his MBA from Rockhurst University.

Steve Downing serves as the CFO of MedAvante. Steve started at MedAvante in Sep of 2013. Steve currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
