What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The customers are mostly happy and satisfied and the store is neat and clean.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication to the rest of the employees, recognize hard workers at least weekly, and be available not just disappear for hours at a time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are all helpful, but one constantly allows everyone else to carry her slack... Which my manager is fully aware of but does not correct her.

What did you like most about the interview process?

My store manager and operations manager (at the time) did most of the talking and seemed very comfortable with each other enough to be comfortable with me.
