Help to other to achaive their goals
We get to work from home. That's positive. The 'culture' of our company is safety and well being of those who buy from us. The products are amazing.

My store manager Kelland is kind when we make a mistake. He's able to help us improve without making us feel like we're incapable and incompetent. The way he handles difficulties is professional and respectful towards us. I truly appreciate that.

Even if it's a slow day with nothing to do, we have to stay (like we have 1 hours worth of work to do in an 8 hour work day)
The requirements for customers are too strong. Noone in my contact list can afford it.
