How do you feel about going to work at Melaleuca everyday?
I love working here, heard a lot of negative things before I started and none of them are true. The place is amazing, the people are amazing, the whole environment is absolutely the best!
I used to really like working at Melaleuca, but was let go after 6-7 years of employment after having surgery. And now from my understanding of the way the company is, I would not like working there now.
What does the ideal candidate in the Customer Support department look like at Melaleuca?
Clean cut, tan pants, and button up shirts or polos for guys and nice casual for girls
How do I do well in an interview at Melaleuca?
Be confident. When they ask "Why do you think we should hire you?" Don't answer because I need a job, instead say I think I would do well with this company and am a good team player as well as can work independently.
What's the best part of your job at Melaleuca?
The people. Hands down.

It has been growing for a long time and plenty of room to expand and grow. Nothing but up for this place!
