This is a corporation that unfortunately runs more like a family business with things often changed last minute due to the whims of the CEO. If you aren't Mormon you are an outsider. For a company that promotes wellness, the leading disease among employees is diabetes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Chaotic and easily bent to the last-minute whims of the CEO. Despite often months of work on projects and the company claiming to have a work-life balance we are often asked to revamp a project last minute and do work within a week that took months.
