The Melaleuca mission statement is to "Enhance the lives of those we touch by helping them achieve their goals", and this is obvious to anyone looking for both customers and employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an employee we receive a certain amount of free products each month, including the amazing vitamins produced by Melaleuca. We get a discount on products we do buy. The pay rate for each job is completely fair and very competitive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Melaleuca leaders a serious about bringing in the best of the best. If you get a job there, it's because they see what you can accomplish, and they want you to have that opportunity. My interviews were both very enjoyable and very thorough. Your interviewers want to help you achieve greatness.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Melaleucaearders legitimately care about their employees. I hove worked there jist barely five months, and have recently had unexpected major helth issues. I was not let go. In fact, they held my job for the time I was out, and even transfered me to a new position that better suited my capability.
