Multiple interviews all took place in the same day, so there was no need to take repeated days off from prior job to accommodate the interview process.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I can make a positive difference to make something easier for students.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A promotion discussed for the past three years for me just got handed to someone else with no warning and no formal application for the role. That feels like a betrayal of trust and waste of my time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Others are paid more to do less work. Raises should reflect the time and effort spent improving work process as well as just total output.
