It began as the best job ever! Walmart owner is and everything was great we did cool things and worked on great projects. Then we were sold they let go over 2/3rds of the employee base and are only concerned with cutting cost no matter WHAT that means to the business. It is truly a sad state at mc.

Trusting current employees and caring about MORE than cuttting cost

A medium base salary and our bonus of 20% back.

Too much to list and I am unsure how to fix it

Nothing right now, it used to be a lot until go global purchased us
