Joined in as a tech, was rapidly put as the Assistant Manager for a store; was not given the title, nor the pay with the job. After asking my district manager about why it hasn't changed, he dodged the question and refused to answer.

Bad management from the district level up.

Properly paying their employees & not focusing on sales numbers only.

It was too easy; almost like they werw desperate to get me in the door.

My store manager is amazing in his field; our district manager is forcing him to not grow.

They're better to work with; district manager tries to not allow us to have a fun, yet safe work environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not being paid properly for my job, and I have not had any change in pay, even after speaking with my HR department.
