Properly paying their employees & not focusing on sales numbers only.

It was too easy; almost like they werw desperate to get me in the door.

My store manager is amazing in his field; our district manager is forcing him to not grow.

They're better to work with; district manager tries to not allow us to have a fun, yet safe work environment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am not being paid properly for my job, and I have not had any change in pay, even after speaking with my HR department.
