I went througj the referal program and got my son a job. Hes been there for over 9 months now and i uavent recieved the referal money! Ive called in left messages over a month ago still no returned call, so i called 2 weeks ago again and still no call back or no response to my problem at all !

Monro wants there employees to go above and beyond yet pays the bare minimum and cuts your hours every 5 seconds

Extremely low pay, low employee morale and unrealistic sales expectations from corporate.

Store manager is great. However, district manager and above effectively communicate that they don't care about lower level employees.

My store manager is amazing in his field; our district manager is forcing him to not grow.

Job classifications changed without prior notice as well as pay plan changes, upper management has extremely poor communication with the field employees, very stressful to employees

They only care aboit thier pay checks and thier lives we call them ( ticket hogs ) even though u have a vehicle in bay working on he will grab a 4 tire ticket and do that insted of a oil change hes already started
