Morale is better than the last company I worked for and employees typically treat each other better. Customers are rather very frustrated or apathetic towards their service. Serious disconnect between account management, cust service and operations.
No internal support, minimal ongoing training, alow process with customer negotiations, blame placed on repa instead of the internal and purchasing issues , setbacks in installations that no kne cares abkjt, no sense of urgency.
If you're young with no work experience, this place is ok for getting the experience you need to be hired somewhere else. They hire without experience and provide ok training, but no matter how long you are here and how much experience you gain, you will always be paid like you have no experience.
