What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to prioritize accountability, consistency, and transparency. HR and management should communicate openly with employees and apply policies fairly. Addressing safety concerns promptly and fostering teamwork instead of division would significantly improve morale and retention.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Greater solidarity and teamwork. Less hostility and division among coworkers would help everyone. Building trust and supporting one another instead of competing would strengthen the group. Resentment and discontent currently break the team apart.
