What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management, especially the PL manager, blatantly shows favoritism which causes a lot of tension and stress for her team. Upper management should take a look at how many seasoned people they have lost due to her management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They let people ride in the same position for more than 15 years without ever really recognizing their work or talents. Only a handful of people are focused on.

They need to treat, recognize and pay their employees better
