that they're all very personable but unique in their own way, everyone has something different to bring to the table which makes this company run very efficiently
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is comprised of very charismatic and personable leaders who come across as very approachable, and clearly care about their very close relationships with one another
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That we receive commission for our sales efforts and extra cash prizes for winning sales competitions, all intended to motivate us salespeople to improve upon our sales tactics and generate more sales outcomes - love this because it drives me to be a better salesperson
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That were small and all have meaningful relationships with one another, and we always give each other feedback on what were doing well or need to improve upon to better one another in our individual roles but achieve our team goal of improving the company as a whole
