What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is extremely important to the point where we have a separate "culture" interview. It allows us to collaborate and work together with people we know will be open to hearing new/opposing ideas and taking that feedback constructively

The company organizes many events to build a close team.
That were small and all have meaningful relationships with one another, and we always give each other feedback on what were doing well or need to improve upon to better one another in our individual roles but achieve our team goal of improving the company as a whole
