What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is extremely important to the point where we have a separate "culture" interview. It allows us to collaborate and work together with people we know will be open to hearing new/opposing ideas and taking that feedback constructively

Our interview process is difficult for good reason - we're able to hire top talent and bring on the best of the best, which allows us to grow and expand our product line very quickly.
