I love my team, we are like family! We go out, we depend on each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything treating there employees better. More incentives. When someone dies in your family have compassion and let them take the day off of finding out, and the wake and funeral also have off especially if its your mother that has passed!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the men are treated better then the women, as a fellow Male co worker and myself have talked we found out women are paid 10% less, have to put into there 401k when men don't. I feel this is not fair at all and is illegal.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The customers are treated badly, I heard our manager cussing at him. It can be improved by getting rid of the manager, and also having more meetings about customer relations
