Very open leadership who listens and are interested in what the employees are thinking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is definitely competitive with the area. Medical insurance is 100% paid for. Also 401K match is immediate - no vesting period.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Company is very open to suggestions and very aware of the employees' well being.
