What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our managing partner takes care to listen to all attorneys. Although headquartered in California he makes a point of visiting our DC office regularly. He also has a clear vision of where he wants to take our.firm in the future. Much our culture is based on the rather small size and he understands.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My compensation package is based on my part time status ( I am semi retired) and the firm treats me very fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respectful, supportive and available.
