Its all about the Dean and the senior leadership in both clinical and infra casting the blame on all others , not taking responsibility and not doing their jobs, then massive lay offs. Stress is overwhelming here.

They need to understand they have a job and to do it as it is stated, Everyone want to be Chiefs and no Indians.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are the worst, they cast blame and throw people under the bus and or fire them because of there lack of leadership and bad policy
