caring about their employees better. they spend so much time on excessive policy changes and ways to make things better and things are getting worse instead. my past supervisor was very concerned and good person to her team that worked for her. now it is a free for all. poor management

They need to get better at telling their employees the truth regarding pay raises and promotions

Being honest. supportive, less micromanaging . They should be take accountability for themselves and be open to criticism.

Become leaders and not egoistic liars.

A third party intervention is a must, staff has no trust in leadership.

More transparency on the appraisal process. Clear expectations that are tied to the totality of the work -- not achieving targets in all arbitrarily set benchmarks doesnt mean failure.

yes. If I was compensated better for the work that I do.

Promotions and pay raise are only granted to the people who belong to a pack.

Pay is equal among my coworkers regardless of the several years I have been there. Even newcomers are welcomed at my same pay rate.

This place will introduce you to the concept of "futility" of you efforts

They should just start doing what they say.

Leadership scrutiny and clear accountability

Introduce structure, accountability and proper leadership agenda tracking and monitoring by a neutral third party.

Better staffing and less turnover.

Transparency. Fewer tiers of leadership. Just as they embrace the frontiers of medical science, executive leadership needs to embrace more current management and business strategies. Leadership shouldn't be so afraid of the "rabble" and instead should look to partner with us by sharing in the wealth

Their hiring process is extensive, it will take you months to hear back about a role, if at all.

I would change the management team. Install managers that could once again build the trust of their employees

I feel it is the lack of fair opportuities and compensation that is only awarded to a select few regardless of their experience.

Negative culture, tired staff and rampant bias.

Management. This hospital used to care about patients but now it doesnt. Its all about money.

We work for an institution thay rekies on cronyism instead of hiring qualify candidates.

I hate having to go in now
