What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Their hiring process is extensive, it will take you months to hear back about a role, if at all.
I would change the management team. Install managers that could once again build the trust of their employees
Make it more open and inclusive.
Transparency and clear representation of the challenges presented mainly by the terrible culture
Transparency about the ongoing problems in the institution
