We are able to give each other any type of pointers or help if you did something worng and not get mad at each other.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we should get more pay because of patient's problems we have to deal with and listen to on a daily basis while trying to get our work done. I also believe that we do a lot more than what our title is, that's a good thing. I love my boss but we need to make more money than we do.
