Like all jobs, there's some good, some bad. I love the culture. Raises don't keep in line with inflation--got my lowest raise yet this year at 4.5% increase.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers and I get along great. We support each other the best we can in all the ways we can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The insurance from previous years was good, but this year the out of pocket max is more than twice what it was last year, no matter which tier you chose. I make less than the local average for my position, been promised a raise & job title change this year, though, so here's hoping!
