I worked at a carrier for over 20 years and this is my first position (and hopefully last) at a Brokers office. I can honestly say it was the best decision I ever made to leave the carrier to come work for OneDigital. As I stated before - I can just be my true self and a great job is rewarded!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation is hard to pinpoint - its the pay, its the perks, its the bonuses, its the recognition for a job well done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to meet with several folks not just the direct people I would be interacting with. Also, a casual meeting place for a second interview was nice too- very relaxing and took the tension off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have an amazing family (not Team) that I am fortunate enough to work alongside each and everyday. They are my family and I have their back as much as they have mine which is 1,000 %!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work hard and play harder. We laugh, oh we laugh a lot and sing too (yes during the day!) ... we have an understanding that we have to come together and have fun every now and then... OneDigital allows me to be me and I love this about my second home.
What makes you most happy at work?
My home away from home - my second family makes me happy. They are people I can rely on, depend on to have my back, to give me a big hug when I need one and I am not just talking about my peers but my Manager and Office Manager give out hugs too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love our leadership because they honestly care about the people working with them (not for them). We are not a number! I truly believe in what we do and that is one of the best things I can say about our leadership - they are simply "in-it" for the right reasons and it shows!
