Overall...this is the best place I have ever worked and I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years working at many companies. This is truly the best place to work and our leader, Adam Bruckman is the reason.

My team is collaborative and willing to help each other out. I love working with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are a health insurance broker so our compensation package is very lucrative and fair. You produce, you get paid. It's simple but many companies are not this way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we don't just say we have culture but we actually have it. Culture is a buzz word that people through around but we live it, feel it and love it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about our leadership team is that they are great people that care for the business and the people. We have 1600 employees and I believe our President has spoken to each person and may even know most of their names. He is amazing, caring and one of the best people I have ever worked
