Harass people and create a hostile work environment. Unethical. There are definitely laws being broken. Greed!

Pay isn't based on your years of experience or education. Raises are 2.5%. Negotiate well. They won't offer more than you ask.

The people here are amazing, but they all move on. It's a horrible place, the good people always leave.
