Love what the company wants to provide a community. I love the member community each studio builds. Although as a women of color it is difficulty to advance in this company if i don't have a super hyper engery.

Letting people with different styles of member engagement grow. This company looks for super hyper activate engery when engaging with members. Not allowing people with more relaxed form of engagment with members to grow.
