management is great. Executives don't care that each and every single one of us is struggling so hard just to pay our bills every month.
Manager is great and treats her staff very well, however i think may struggle with change and continually staying up to date with changes in the world and how to apply that when it comes to creating optimal revenue for the company. Sales skills needs a lot more training but is overall good to have.

being consistent and having communication. also they need to hold studios that aren't following corporate rules accountable.
Needs to stop hiring from outside and focus more on developing talent from with in, the turnover of employees is ridiculous. If you are under performing, the C suite will fire you with a snap of finger.
