Vibe was uneasy. I was working 40+ hours a week and still being treated like a dog.

I can only speak for myself, but I did my due diligence in making the clients happy. I cannot say the same for my colleagues because the manger made life unbearable and nobody wanted to be there.

There was not a lot of diversity amongst the employees when I was working there. I was the only minority and the Studio Manager did not like me, but the clients loved me. There were two African American trainers who did not get hired because the Studio Manager at the time did not want 'those types of people' in 'his' studio; mind you the head trainer and the national trainer for Orangetheory vetted them and liked their resume. Needless to say that when I was let go (still haven't been given a reason for the termination), the studio manager got fired himself for his racial discrimination. I had immense love for this company because some of the people I met were very outstanding, but the staff made it unbearable. They are fake and phony. The workout work, but they need to choose the right people to represent them.
