What do you like best about the leadership team?
Manager is great and treats her staff very well, however i think may struggle with change and continually staying up to date with changes in the world and how to apply that when it comes to creating optimal revenue for the company. Sales skills needs a lot more training but is overall good to have.

Our owners have an open door police and encourage constructive feedback in a regular basis to make sure they have a health working envirinment

I didnt have a formal interview. I just filled out an application and then got told when my first day would be.
