management is great. Executives don't care that each and every single one of us is struggling so hard just to pay our bills every month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
poor benefits. I would love to be full time at otf but i can not and have to work two other jobs because the pay and benefits are so horrible.
