My experience in the company has been really good. The teams at offices I've been sent to lately are strong and ready to work. That motivates and inspires me to stay at that teamwork level. Always learning and really like the technology used at pds offices.

Good Communication especially when schedule changes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are jobs that pay the same as I am that do not require a license of any kind or training. The cost of living, transportation, food etc has gone up and it gets hard to keep up w that and pay is ok but I believe it can be better.
