Everyone really gets along and we help each other.
This place will brain wash you. There is also no work life balance. Be prepared to work 10 hour days 5 days a week. Told management multiple times i cant keep doing this and they say "I hope you enjoy what you do where ever you go". Like no i wanna work 40 hours MAX, but they dont care.
Warning. Stay to gain speed and confidence. Do not stay too long. Horrible management. Lots of micromanangement from doctors and non doctors. 2 years and move on
Just staying busy. Income. .
One positive is that we have access to some pretty cool technology that I think can lead to some really amazing experience in the dental field. The office culture however falls short for me. I've experienced a lot of bullying in this field and some overall very toxic behavior.
