Product and customer service, examine each office personnel

Metric and production driven, no empathy for patient true need, consistently made feel like your efforts are never enough, no work life balance, employees and pstients sre nothing but a number, expectation vs. reality so not align. If you have another option take it. This place will suck your soul.

  • You need to demonstrate that you are a hard worker who is dedicated to your job for the long haul. It would help Aspen a lot if you have motivation to help your co-workers, doctors, and patients in a team.
