The leadership team pushed hard for people to make their lies more believable. To lie to single mothers, pregnant women or seniors who couldn't afford a dentist or needed immediate help. Most days I felt sick to my stomach having to lie to these people just to get them to book an appointment.

They lie about the money they're gonna pay you they lie about things you did, and said, I believe they honestly make stuff up. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. The turnover is unbelievable. It's like a swinging door of people going in and out.

Everyone so unhappy because they're constantly being harassed for something they probably didn't even do. I see people get treated badly for something that honestly didn't ever happen. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

Communication not being two faced and talking down to everyone
There is nothing positive here. No bonuses. Crappy 2.5 % "raise" which isnt even a raise and doesnt even match the inflation for the year. No incentives. I could go on. 0/10 company we are treated like slaves.

The dentist are usually pretty nice most the customers are fairly nice until you tell them we don't take their insurance and then they get angry at you

The most positive part of working for this company was the break rooms they had on each floor. They knew that you were dealing with a lot so they tried to make up for it by giving you amenities. It wasn't worth the scars that you got from the job.
The enviroment it like family
Realistic expectations, reasonable new patient load, stop being so metric driven and actually care about patients, support the offices truly instead of harping on minor metric goals.

Fast process they ro lie
The process itself was fine, I do feel like they sell you the company to make things sound better than they are. A lot of the things I was told in my interview were half truths or lies
