Aspen Dental Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't like anything about them.

Respect and communication, for workers , and our patients

Leadership works tirelessly to improve processes for each and every role at Aspen Dental. Their dedication provides results that are unmatched!

Structured. Easy to talk to. Fair minded

The leadership team is very supportive

Review from HR Dept

Our Team is always willing to listen.

Review from HR Dept

They are fun, engaging and approachable!

The ELT empowers teams, collaborate closely, and operate with a start up mindset

They are very hard working

Leadership works well with staff

I could always count on them when I needed them for supplies, answers, and support. They are not about the bottom line. Patient care comes first.

I love my regional manager. As far the lead DA's In 2 office I know, have no experience causing folk to want to quit. They don't have enough experience to train nor lead anyting.

Responsive, open to talking to any employee regardless of position.

they teach you to grow and make a better job everyday

From my experience, Aspen usually spends a lot of time and resources to teach those in leadership roles the skills needed to support their teams.

They are always a click away and very responsive!!! Amanda Apple is a priceless asset to Aspen dental.

Review from Operations Dept

They love to help in any way that they can and always come with a smile on their face!

My immediate manager is always supportive.

they do have many offices

Review from Customer Support Dept

when you needed help there was always someone there to help you at all times

Review from Customer Support Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Everything. You need a whole overhaul of people.

Review from Admin Dept

Setting realistic expectations and truly supporting their teams.

Need to be better in understanding work/life balance

Communication, understanding what patient care means, staffing offices, understanding that aspen dental is a GENERAL Dentist office and learn how to properly run a schedule

Review from Admin Dept

The leadership team pushed hard for people to make their lies more believable. To lie to single mothers, pregnant women or seniors who couldn't afford a dentist or needed immediate help. Most days I felt sick to my stomach having to lie to these people just to get them to book an appointment.

More experience, not just hiring out of desperation.

Everything needs to change nothing is that great

This company needs to get sued for corrupt practices

There is no leadership. Its toxic, abusive and insane greed.

Everything. Unprofessional, reckless and entirely unsavy in this any any capacity or role.

Dental is still HEALTHCARE, first and foremost. So if the oral health of your patients is not your FIRST PRIORITY, you have NO BUSINESS working in the field. Repulsive company.

Review from Operations Dept

Stop the greed now !

Communication we have a lot of turnaround DA's and it's all because the office manager don't know how to talk right.

The way they talk to their employees and treat them.

The doctor that owned the one I worked at was terrible. She was lazy and did not care about her patients at all! I Was exposed to Covid buy three people so I did not come back after I got tested. Never got paid for those two days what I was told my PTO was going to be used.

Not being misleading during the interviews. It is all about soft sales in booking the appointment and they are concerned about it every single call. And you get hounded for it. Also actually pay your employees for their time worked

Seeing what happens at the office level. Huge disconnect at the director level in the company. Lots of choosing favorites

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to their employees and caring about their patients

Review from Admin Dept

educational team building and learning as a group where the main focus is clinical education and not metrics
